UI Additions pt.2

These are just some more additions in terms of our UI. A how to play section was added and uses the first iteration of the camera switch script to switch notes.  A timer was also added and implemented into the main level. The video attached showcases the camera switching as well as the pause menu and buttons working(designs are not final).
